A method to measure the luminescence intensity of ruthenium pyridine complexes by electrochemical reaction, in which antibody-conjugated beads are used to react with antigens, followed by a secondary reaction of antibodies labeled with ruthenium pyridine complexes with the antigens.
COMMENT
Separate the serum within 1 hour after blood collection and store in the refrigerator. Please avoid requests for hemolysis. (In the case of hemolysis, NSE deviates from red blood cells and becomes high.)
