Avoid freezing. Please avoid duplicate requests of other items. Secretions, partial urine: If the specimen is contaminated with a large amount of blood, it may not yield accurate results. In men, the effect of PCR reaction inhibitors is observed in rare cases, so testing using a urine specimen is recommended. Collect the first urine specimen at least one hour after the last urination. Gargle: Avoid eating, gargling, or brushing teeth prior to specimen collection. Since the affects of contamination are greater in this test method, please handle specimens with care when collecting them.

採取方法 (分泌物)
- スワブ検体採取セット附属のドライスワブで子宮頸管とその周辺部の過剰な粘液を充分拭い取ります。このスワブは廃棄します。
- 附属のフロックスワブを子宮頸管内に挿入します。
同じ方向に5回そっとスワブを回し、膣の粘液に触れないように注意してスワブを引き抜きます。
- 専用容器のキャップを開け、採取したフロックスワブの先端が容器内の溶液に浸からないように注意しながら入れ、
柄につけられた線を容器の縁に合わせます。
- 専用容器の縁を利用してフロックスワブの柄につけられた線で折り入れ、
手元に残った折られた柄は廃棄します。
専用容器のキャップをしっかり閉め、室温保存で提出してください。
