COMMENT

Keep your urine for 24 hours in a urine collection bottle containing 10mL of 6N hydrochloric acid, mix well, and then submit the required amount. If the amount of urine is expected to be low, add at a ratio of 200 mL of urine to 1 mL of 6N hydrochloric acid . If your urine is not acidic, calcium oxalate may precipitate, so be sure to collect your urine in an acidic condition (pH 1.0 to 2.0). Avoid freezing.
