*Turnaround time (day)
・ 7 to 12 days if degreasing or decalcifi cation is required.
・ Approximately 2 weeks if enzyme antibody staining is required.
・ 2 to 3 weeks if fl uorescence antibody is required.
・ Approximately 2 weeks if myelogram is required.
・ 7 to 12 days for organs that requires diagnosis by a specialist (e.g., skin, liver, bone marrow, heart).
・ 2 to 3 weeks for surgical materials (≧ 5 blocks when cut).
・ In the cases of special requests or a large number of samples (typically ≧ 20 samples, depending on the type of processing), the testing will take longer than normal; please consult our representative in advance.
Pathology containers (VP0)
Fill a pathology container (VP0) with 20% formalin solution and fi x the tissue to submit.
For a tissue that is too large for the pathology container (VP0), make sure it is fi xed adequately and place it in HistoPack (Extra-large, Large, Medium, Small) to submit.
