　Male: Estimated GFRcys value (mL/min/1.73m²) =(104×Cys-C^-1.019×0.996^Age)-8
Female: Estimated GFRcys value (mL/min/1.73m²) =(104×Cys-C^-1.019×0.996^Age×0.929)-8

Serum cystatin C is estimated using measurements based on the international reference material. Applied to those aged 18 and above. (Not applied to those under 18.)

Reporting conditions

• We will report an estimated GFRcys when you order it with the item of cystatin C (Code No.06199 5No.6199 0).
• We will not report an estimated GFRcys in any one of the cases below.
  • When you order only one item of “cystatin C” or “estimated GFRcys.”
  • Age and sex are not stated in the request form
  • Those under 18 years of age
• The official unit is "mL/min/1.73m²", but the reporting unit will be abbreviated to "mL/min".
