COMMENT

Collect urine in a bottle containing about 20 mL of 6N hydrochloric acid for 24 hours. After mixing it well, submit the necessary amount under frozen conditions.
If the amount of urine is small, put 1 mL of 6N hydrochloric acid per 100 mL of urine.
Be sure to maintain acid urine (pH1.0-3.0).
