An antigen-antibody reaction is performed using latex particles bound with antigen or antibody, and the turbidity of agglutination due to the antigen-antibody reaction is measured using near-infrared A method of measuring transmittance by irradiating external light.

COMMENT

After blood collection, immediately separate the plasma at a low temperature (4℃). Avoid centrifuging at room temperature or collecting blood in a special container (PC5) as this will result in high data values. If it cannot be separated immediately, store it in ice water and separate the plasma within 1 hour. The measurement target is total PAI-1 (tPA/PAI-1 complex and active and latent PAI-1).
Collect 1.8 mL of blood into 0.2 mL of 3.2% sodium citrate, mix by inverting 5 to 6 times, and immediately separate the blood into plasma. Be sure to store plasma frozen. (If you request multiple test items and the amount of blood collected is 1.8mL or more, please use a (PC5) container.) [Notes] *Please note the following points regarding Total PAI-1. please. 1. Use (PC2) as the collection container and be sure to centrifuge it in a cooled state. Please avoid centrifuging at room temperature or collecting blood in a container (PC5) as this will result in high data values. 2. If it cannot be separated immediately, store it in ice water and separate it within 1 hour.
