COMMENT

When submitting, please collect blood using the designated blood collection tube (Streck cell-free DNA BCT), store it at room temperature, and submit it on the same day. Acceptable days are Monday to Friday.
●Precautions for consignment
・In patients whose tumor-derived DNA has not sufficiently leaked into the plasma, there is a possibility that it may be determined as a wild type by this test. Consider performing tests using tumor tissue whenever possible, especially in patients with only lung metastases.
・In patients who are determined to have a mutant type in this test near the cut-off value according to the reagent package insert, we cannot deny the possibility that the RAS gene mutation does not exist in the tumor tissue. Consider testing using tumor tissue in these patients.
Based on the above, please fully understand that this test does not completely replace tests that use tumor tissue before requesting it.
Collect blood into one specified container, mix well, and store at room temperature. Please submit the specimen on the same day after collection.
