    Real-time PCR
A type of nucleic acid amplification method based on the basic principle of PCR, which uses oligonucleotides that emit fluorescence upon decomposition to quantify target nucleic acids in real time by checking the fluorescent signal at each PCR cycle. A measurement method that enables

    Negative

COMMENT

Acceptable days are Monday to Friday.
Please confirm that the material has a malignant tumor before submitting it. In particular, please be aware that biopsy tissue is often a small amount of specimen, and there is a possibility that most of the tissue itself has disappeared, or that it is a piece of tissue that does not contain tumor cells. Please avoid duplicate requests with other items.
This testing method increases the influence of contamination, so please be careful when handling the specimen.
●About materials other than tissues
Pour the collected pleural fluid, alveolar lavage fluid, and bronchial scraping lavage fluid into a designated container (ARR) and centrifuge at room temperature (760G [2000-3000rpm] x 10 minutes). Please be sure to freeze and submit the sediment after removing as much of the supernatant as possible.
●Notes
Please process the sample within 2 hours after collecting it. Please note that testing may not be possible if the number of cells in the submitted specimen is small. The standard values are stated in accordance with the reagent package insert for this test item.
